First attempt at vegan palak paneer, which I guess makes this palak tofu. Not bad, but not good enough to post the recipe yet!

Vegan strawberry-mint cream pie. Let’s just admire how pretty it is because it was awful. Tried to make a tofu-base filling. Will use cashews next time. Walnut-date crust was a winner, though.
